HuffingtonPost.com-Chicago Police officers surely pull over plenty of cars, but not every day can they stop the vehicles by hand. That's what reportedly happened last Wednesday, though, as Raul Vega, Jr. was asleep at the steering wheel, coasting at five miles-per-hour down Cermak Road. Officers found Vega behind the wheel with his eyes closed and his head cocked back. The reason for his drunken state? He was "celebrating his divorce."
5 mph?! 5! Dude could've walked home faster. Or at least have one of the strippers drop you at home after your done "celebrating your divorce". Way to go down in history as the guy who got pulled over by hand. But where does he rank compared to Steve "The Notorious Lawnmowing Drunk"?
