Life's a garden, ya dig?

I've been busy celebrating the festivities with family and friends, hence why there haven't been many posts this week. Hopefully you've been doing the same.

Enjoy the time.

Seriously.

The camaraderie, the inside jokes, the relief that the shopping is over for another year. Revel in it.

Be conscious of the feeling you get when you watch that someone open a gift that you knew they'd love. Embrace that feeling.

Think of how to achieve it in 2012.

Think of those who can't be with their families because of work, war, or health.

Think of how much you actually have.

December stress fries your brain and tests your patience. What better way to treat these symptoms than by getting drunk and reflective?

Ladies and Gentleman, don't look now, but here comes New Year's Eve!

This time of the year, I see and hear a good amount of people make a lot of irrational decisions due to the aforementioned. Reflecting is totally natural, just try not to beat yourself up. Think about all the positive things that happened in your life this year. Think about what led to them.

Instead of thinking that the grass is greener somewhere else, think about how to fertilize the soil you're standing on.

See you in 2012.
